The location offers a fantastic view and is perfectly situated. However, it was already occupied by an existing house. The decision was made to demolish it to make room for a new design from Ross.
The entrance level welcomes you with a clear and generous entryway, accented by a beautiful avenue that leads the visitor safely into port. Once inside, you are immediately captivated by the fantastic view and the home's open floor plan.
Generous floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to take in every aspect of the surroundings, while clever covered terraces create islands of private zones where you can be secluded from both onlookers and the sun.
On the lower level, you will find entertainment in the form of a beautiful wine cellar, gym, yoga room, and two spacious guest rooms with private bathrooms. Here, you can also drive in your cars to proceed directly into the house. Large glass surfaces have been used here as well to blur the line between indoors and outdoors. Large sliding doors provide quick, direct access to the infinity pool and the expansive terrace that encloses the entire space.
