The project combines tourist accommodation with retail premises. It is located in the municipality of Agde, more specifically in Cap d’Agde, on the outskirts of the Naturist Village, at the Bagnas roundabout.
Through the development of a prestigious facility designed to enhance the site as a whole, the objective is to create “a symbol of modernity at the entrance to the Naturist Village through the construction of a building featuring contemporary architecture”. The project is therefore conceived as a landmark building—one that makes a measured statement: visible and readily identifiable, yet fully integrated into its surroundings.
Its carefully considered scale responds to the neighbouring buildings, the coastal setting, the Mediterranean landscape and the imagery associated with Cap d’Agde. The overall layout, whose flowing lines evoke the waves of the Mediterranean, echoes the curves of the village’s most emblematic buildings.
