Extension and conversion of a warehouse of industrial archeology to be converted into apartments, studios and commercial spaces. The project restructured and recovered the section of the pre existing structure and constructed additional two towers. The two towers on the roof are closely parallel, facing the south side of the train tracks giving the perception that they are two volumes leaning on the original structure. The cladding is made of corrugated pvc panels. The new volumes contain apartments, gardens and swimming pools. In the pre-existing structure are the studios, the commercial spaces and a wellness center.
