Project Description:
The Venus Project is a distinctive residential complex located in the heart of Shiraz, designed to offer a refined and unique experience of urban living. Situated on a 1,000-square-meter plot on Ghomabad Street, the project is being developed by a specialized, multidisciplinary team.
The building comprises six residential floors (two units per floor) and three levels of luxurious shared amenities. These communal spaces are thoughtfully designed in response to contemporary lifestyle needs and include a party hall, a game room, and a wellness area with aquatic facilities. The goal is to enhance the quality of life for residents and to create opportunities for meaningful social interaction within a calm and modern atmosphere.
Currently under construction, the Venus Project began its execution in Spring 2023.
Sarvenaz Unit
On the western side of the third floor lies Sarvenaz - a residence shaped with a poetic vision of living. Its name, inspired by the tranquil, profound moments of twilight, evokes that gentle time of day when warm, diffused light rests softly on the walls, inviting stillness and reflection.
The unit was designed by the Dorsa Experience Design, a team that embraces a human-centered approach to craft meaningful, welcoming spaces attuned to the inner rhythm and aesthetic identity of the inhabitants. In Shamgah, the interplay of textures, colors, and light creates a calm, deep, and authentic experience of urban life-one that goes beyond function and speaks to emotion and aesthetic memory.
Sarvenaz is not merely a residential unit; it is a lingering moment of the day
eternally captured in architecture.
