Project Description:

The Venus Project is a distinctive residential complex located in the heart of Shiraz, designed to offer a refined and unique experience of urban living. Situated on a 1,000-square-meter plot on Ghomabad Street, the project is being developed by a specialized, multidisciplinary team.

The building comprises six residential floors (two units per floor) and three levels of luxurious shared amenities. These communal spaces are thoughtfully designed in response to contemporary lifestyle needs and include a party hall, a game room, and a wellness area with aquatic facilities. The goal is to enhance the quality of life for residents and to create opportunities for meaningful social interaction within a calm and modern atmosphere.

Currently under construction, the Venus Project began its execution in Spring 2023.

Sepidar Unit
Located on the eastern side of the third floor of the Venus Project, Sepidar is shaped by a luminous, hopeful outlook on the start of each day. Inspired by the pure and radiant moments of early morning, this space offers a serene and meaningful sense of renewal - where architecture becomes a vessel for quiet beginnings.

The interior design of Sepidar has been crafted by the Dorsa Experience Design, a team whose process begins with a deep understanding of the users’ psychological and aesthetic needs. Through careful research and human-centered thinking, the team has created a space where light, color, materials, and layout come together in a smart and harmonious balance.

In Sepidar, interior design goes far beyond selecting finishes or forms. It is the result of expertise, experience, and thoughtful curation - aimed at shaping lived experiences. Every element in this unit is chosen to enhance presence, calm, and a sense of positive energy.

Sepidar is a beginning bathed in light - a narrative of meaningful design that brings depth and identity to everyday life.
