Project Concept:
The project was developed in collaboration between Craft & Concept and Diachok Architects.
The design seamlessly blends Alpine charm with luxurious sophistication. Modern elements such as sleek furniture and innovative lighting coexist with traditional Alpine craftsmanship. This fusion creates a unique aesthetic that appeals to both the contemporary tastes of discerning residents and the timeless allure of the Swiss Alps.
The main goal in designing the pool area was to create a space that feels both cozy and luxurious. Diffused lighting highlights the graceful lines of the interior. The ceiling material above the pool mimics the surface of water, refracting light and visually expanding the space, creating an interactive effect.
Conceptually, the space is a synergy of wood and stone surfaces that intersect and complement each other. The floor is made of stone, with the pool edge designed as an overflow with a thin slit, giving the impression of continuity. The stone flooring also extends partially up the walls, adding both durability and functionality.
The visual centerpiece of the area is a conceptual illuminated circle made of accent stone, serving as a bold and elegant focal point.
