The Urban Interventions for the Promotion, Management, and Planification of Public Space speak to the rapid changes in the city of Torre Pacheco. These structures contribute to the city by developing an organized and integrated way to engage multi-racial, cultural, and touristic growing demographics.

The project appears from the creation of a new topography that indexes and qualifies this zone of expansion in Torre Pacheco on a plot of public works which constitute an urban, cultural, and enjoyment alternative for citizens. The public space contains and protects the building's two faces.

The following concepts inform the project. Arquitectura-Urbanismo Eficaces (Efficient architecture and urbanism): Efficiency must be the first quality of the project. Gestin Global (Global management): A new understanding of making a city, where organization criteria places every single element into the whole as well as on a global scale. Modelo urbano (Urban model): A new urban thought or alternative that generates new programatic and social opportunities.

Optimizacion (Organization) of sources: All the elements that contain public space are shared through a common management that avoids use incompatibilities. For example, the public space, streets, squares, courts, library, sports center, and school are open 24 hours a day. And finally, Espacio Publico (Public space): The public space must become a common space that brings people together as equals and promotes the idea of education, help, defense, and relief.
