The UOL project placed a paramount emphasis on its facade design, with sustainability and proficiency at its core. The architectural approach aimed to craft a facade that seamlessly merged functionality with eco-consciousness. Anchored in the concept of rhythm, the facade design focused on the strategic repetition of elements, resulting in a cohesive and visually appealing structure that effortlessly guides observers through the building.
In addition to this design philosophy, the project boasts a strategically placed Central Atrium, purposefully left open to the sky. This deliberate architectural choice not only establishes a luminous and expansive light well within the building but also fosters a sense of spaciousness and promotes natural ventilation throughout the spaces. The incorporation of Design for Behaviour underscores the thoughtful consideration given to how the design elements impact human behavior and interaction within the environment. Overall, this architectural endeavor stands as a testament to the seamless integration of design finesse, sustainability, and user-centric spaces, elevating the built environment while prioritizing functionality and well-being.
