The background of musical, urban events into a central location in Constanta is the theme for a potential manifesto.
We are dominated by mental flashbacks of some residual urban spaces, “ghost” spaces or spaces dismantled of initial activities, spaces that frequently welcome us as a diagnosis of nowadays postindustrial and post-communist society. This reality shocks us by not being able to react with an economic treatment or cure.
But if the treatment came through a cultural discourse, maybe the pressure of failure would turn into the management of success?
What if a cultural “occupy” of these wounds represent the cure?
