This dynamic shopping destination redefines the retail experience, boasting a comprehensive array of amenities designed to delight and inspire visitors.
Situated in the heart of Abu Dhabi, the UAQ Mall features a diverse mix of offerings, including the renowned LuLu Hypermarket & Department Store, retail outlets, food courts, an anchor store, amusement area, cinema, and party hall. Wide corridors and skylights create an inviting atmosphere, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
Our team provided a range of essential services to ensure the mall's functionality and efficiency. From air conditioning and mechanical ventilation to electrical power systems and external street lighting, every aspect was meticulously designed to meet the highest standards of quality and performance. Additionally, our expertise extended to water supply, drainage, fire fighting systems, greywater recycling, storm drainage, and LPG infrastructure, ensuring sustainability and safety.
Telecommunication, security, fire alarm, access control, and parking management systems were seamlessly integrated to enhance security and convenience for visitors. The implementation of a sophisticated Building Management System (BMS) further optimizes operations, ensuring smooth functionality and energy efficiency.
In addition to technical excellence, our design prioritized user behaviour and experience. Thoughtful layout planning, intuitive wayfinding, and comfortable gathering spaces were incorporated to create a welcoming and engaging environment for shoppers and visitors alike.
