Two Private Residences in Skioni
The residences are about 150 square meters each and have their own private garden and swimming pool. The site is approximately 3000 square meters. The villas consist of two levels. There are two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor of the residence. On the ground floor there are the kitchen, the living and dining area, along with a guest bedroom and a bathroom. The architectural concept of the residence was the creation of simple geometrical forms, following the inner functional organization, while the chosen materials - natural stone and volumes in white color - provide a visual continuity with the environment .
