Located within the Tupras Kirikkale Rafinery, a laboratory and office building that will store flammable and explosive gases classified as extra hazard group. Design process elaborated the spaces that have risk factors for users and safety of the building, In a special equipped laboratory and warehouse space, in terms of material, layout of equipment and mechanical infrastracture, settlements was designed with great care and precision. Starting from preliminary design phase, with the intention of preventing a negative impact in the workflow of laboratory, the project is worked in close coordination with engineering disciplines and specialized companies on similar projects. The structure of laboratory space in two storeys high, consists of storage, technical spaces, offices and other areas. The transparent building mass on the main entrance, forms a harmonious coexistence with function by precast elements, modular concrete masonry elements, brutal concrete and aluminum joinery.
