Located in vicinity with Setia City Mall and Setia City Convention Centre at the heart of Setia Alam is a Small office Flexible office (SoFo) development comprising three towers that serves to provide a sustainable lifestyle for the occupants of the building. Trefoil, which derives its name from a plant with 3-lobed leafs, aims to create community spirit by providing an unfettered lifestyle facilities all under 3 roofs.

Targeted at young professionals, the building design trends towards modern architecture with a corporate look while incorporating pockets of vibrant playful colours. The vibrancy is experiment on the podium façade screening, inspired by Mondrian and Vaillo + Irigaray designs, to provide a good streetscape experience. The landscape features on the podium balances between the cool and warm elements of the building.

Trefoil SoFo comprising 1497 units is the first and largest community designed specifically for the young urban professional in the Klang Valley.
