High above the city, the Tree Tops Residence takes full advantage of its steep hillside site. Four levels capture the views, natural light, and experience of living at the height of the trees. With four bedrooms, two offices, flex spaces, and two covered patios, there is ample space for owners who love to host guests.
Though the site’s steep slope posed the greatest challenge, it provided an exceptional opportunity. Located on a corner, the home has commanding views in multiple directions. The home is organized across three levels over a basement, with the lower two levels for guests, the second level for common areas, and the top level reserved for the owners. The top level contains the owner’s bedroom suite, TV lounge, office, bar, and outdoor roof deck.
