— The clients asked us to redesign the facade of a country house that was built in the mid-1990s. In addition to changing the exterior appearance, we had to dismantle the winter garden above the garage and build a new room. We also had to redesign the main entrance to the house and expand the back porch to accommodate a small table and chairs. We also had to replace the roofing and chimney coverings.
After examining the house, we decided to use a ventilated facade system for the renovation. We proposed several options for redesigning the facade. The customers chose the solution presented here. In addition to the development of color solutions and the selection of all finishing materials, all structural solutions were developed for the project.
The facade is decorated with hand-formed PETERSEN bricks and natural stone. To save the customer's money, we used 2-3 cm tiles instead of whole bricks. The inside of the brick
