The house project was developed for a large family
A cjuntry house in the Tudor style was built in the Moscow region in an old country village. The architects were faced with the tak of building a house on the site of the old one, practically within its borders.

The total area of the house is 1284 m2. The house has 5 levels. Two above-ground floors and an attic, as well as a ground floor and a technical floor.
— The house is built of Porotherm 38 thermo ceramic blocks. It is faced with MORADO, TERCA hand-formed bricks and natural stone on the outside. The roof is covered with OWENS CORNING soft tiles. The windows have wooden double-glazed units.
