Toranomon Hills Towers, one of Tokyo’s largest urban development projects, features two striking skyscrapers: a 36-story office tower (185 meters) and a 54-story residential tower (220 meters), the tallest of its kind in Japan. The towers emphasize sustainability, featuring balconies, terraces, and green spaces planted with carefully selected plants to enhance environmental harmony. A rooftop garden, public green zones, and over 7,800 m² of green area contribute to a CASBEE “S” rating, highlighting the project’s commitment to sustainability. The towers are designed to withstand earthquakes and typhoons, with structural elements that dampen seismic vibrations.
Located in the heart of Tokyo’s Minato district, the Toranomon Azabu Dai complex is easily accessible via the Hibiya Line metro and an express bus station, ensuring connectivity to the city and intercontinental airports. This high-rise development offers a mix of offices, residential spaces, retail areas, and leisure facilities, transforming the district into a vibrant urban hub.
