Thian Thale Phatthana Phrueksa Phirom Park is designed under the policy of adding more green areas to Bangkok, with the goal of 5,000 rais from the collection of both government and private sectors to create a public green area. Originally, Bang Khun Thian was a mangrove forest ecosystem. Therefore, Shma's design focuses on restoring and preserving its original ecosystem while designing areas for activities within the park to ensure a smooth coexistence between nature and humans.

The park was designed under 2 main directions, First: Dividing spaces concerning functionality and activities. Sports and group activities spaces are designed to be near the entrance and parking lot while the resting area is located inside avoiding noise from the main road. Second: Water management system within the project. According To the site condition that located in the swamp area serves water from the surrounding area. Therefore, water management was designed to solve the problem of flooding for the project and the community nearby. Moreover, reducing the use of water supply by water retention for trees watering. Lastly, in addition to the park being a recreational space, there are also Conservation and Restoration of nature both in terms of creating functional space and nature that are in harmony with the existing environment.
