Theathron Bodrum includes 19 fully detached luxury villas. Each villa, which was built in 590 square feet, has their own 3,280-square-foot yard including a private pool and garage. The structure system was designed to create simple and user friendly spaces. The wide openings, which were created via the structure, can be easily converted according to the user’s needs. The terrain inspired the architectural design with its sharp angular and organic features.

The housing interior was designed with respect to the shell of the building itself. All elements were designed and built particularly for this project and custom-made by the local dealers. Using sharp edges and striking bright colors collaborating with the furnishings’ simplistic design, every space has a different ambient emphasis to its function.
