Concept
This visionary project intertwines a vibrant creative community with an iconic portal to the Metaverse, fostering innovation, collaboration, and global connectivity.
Designed for 150,000 residents, this inclusive creative community thrives on participatory art, innovation, and shared self-expression. Its philosophy centers on creating more culture and creativity than it consumes, unlocking the inherent imaginative potential in every individual. Expanding traditional urban planning principles of "Live, Work, and Play," the community adds "Learn and Create" as essential pillars, empowering residents to co-create a dynamic cultural ecosystem. Here, self-expression and innovation become a global language, transforming daily life into a shared celebration of creativity.
At the heart of this vision is a 350-meter sphere, blending physical architecture with the virtual world. Acting as a "living laboratory," it serves as a hub for emerging technologies and immersive storytelling. The Portal offers transformative and participatory experiences, redefining education and advocating sustainable urban living. Visitors engage deeply with innovative ideas, becoming co-creators of a shared, global future.
Demonstrated throughout the project are the building’s high-performance design concepts. The building envelope will incorporate passive house design standards for insulation, a vented skin, and a naturally vented interior volume with pre-cooling from earth tubes. The systems will include radiant tempered slab and localized evaporative cooling for passive temperature control—combined with the large volume, a cool, comfortable environment will be maintained.
The Portal, with its creative community, is an active catalyst for the transformation of generations of visitors. A major presence in the Metaverse, it is an immersive storytelling experience and an inspiring educational platform that articulates the potential of sustainable urban living. It offers a unique journey into future communities, transforming visitors into informed advocates for a global life, work, play, learn, and create ethos.
