The concept of public space along the northern part of the Bypass Canal Street. Tsiolkovsky to the street. Stepan Razin is to create a multifunctional recreational zone on the basis of the existing lawn.
The main purpose - to tie the system of recreation areas Ekatiringofskogo municipality into a single unit, creating a communication core that adds functionality recreational and educational area.
The project is proposed the inclusion of an active waterfront and water in urban spaces.
