T-House is a compact urban home designed for three generations, where connection and privacy coexist within a modern lifestyle. Faced with the typical constraints of narrow townhouses—limited light, ventilation, and greenery—we proposed a vertical structure with staggered floor plates and a central staircase functioning as a communal core.
This spine-like circulation creates fluidity across levels, minimizes auxiliary space, and maximizes room for shared and green areas. Each private room maintains visual access to the central zone, fostering a subtle sense of togetherness.
By inviting daylight, airflow, and natural elements into every corner, the design offers a living experience that is responsive to climate and deeply attuned to the daily rhythms of the family. T-House is not just a solution to spatial limitations—it is a rethinking of how urban homes can nurture joy, connection, and well-being.
