Our proposal takes a realistic look at the typology of the office and the building as a tower. We were looking for the idea of embodying the character of the traffic department in a beautiful building, combined with cultural and technical considerations. Our attention was drawn to prototypes of tunnels and bridges, two of the tasks of the traffic department. We arrived at the concept of an arch, combining the schema of the bridge and the tunnel. Under the entrance arch, we created a place that is inviting and creates a visual stop. Under this symbolic arch, stopping, watching, choosing and moving take place.
