Mixed-use, 6-story building, plus basements, pedestrian- and bicycle-friendly, with optimal integration to the neighbourhood (Roma and Condesa). The project provides office space and a commercial area on the ground floor. The building’s façade on Guadalajara street is made up of vertical window panes with anodised aluminium frames which serve as a parasol and contributes to energy savings. On the Sinaloa street side the motivation was to disrupt as little as possible an already eclectic area and an elegant and neutral travertine façade achieves this.
An internal pedestrian walkway that communicates two streets is covered in vegetation, lights and shadows, stages, and a diversity of people and activities. It is the conceptual heart of the building.
