In this project we had two almost identical flats in the same residential complex.
The only difference between them was the mirrored layout and the bathrooms (we made one bathroom with a shower cubicle and the other with a bathtub), but that's the end of the differences.
As these flats were intended for long-term renting, we had a certain budget from the client, which we had to fit into.
As always in such projects there are certain things that we never save on, it is all the built-in parts, plumbing, electrics, etc., but on some finishing materials there are more opportunities to save budget.
The flats are designed for 1-2 people.
The entrance hall is quite functional, where we have placed a large wardrobe, a banquette with a mirror and upper mezzanines for storage.
In the living room we have placed all the necessary furniture: a sofa bed, wardrobe, TV area with a TV set and a cabinet, as well as an area with a table that can be used as a desk or dressing table.
The kitchen is spacious, with a large kitchen set with all the necessary built-in appliances. Next to it is a dining table for 4 people, and also in the kitchen we have made a small seating area with a large cupboard for storing appliances and rarely used things. Next to the kitchen there is a sofa bed in case relatives or guests arrive.
The bathrooms are also equipped with everything you need: a cabinet with a mirror, a toilet with a hygienic shower, a cupboard with a storage water heater, access to sanitary meters and communications, as well as shelves for storing household chemicals. The only difference between the two flats was the placement of a shower cabin in the 1st bathroom and a bathtub in the 2nd bathroom.
In general, the flats turned out to be bright and comfortable flats for long-term tenants with well thought-out functionality.
