The newly constructed Suzhou Industrial Park was created to attract multinational industry, research, and development operations to the region. The client requested that the interiors of the 20-story building feature an international style while incorporating references to the local culture. The program includes 1 million square feet of administrative offices, meetings rooms, and dining facilities; a 500-seat auditorium; and observation floor for formal ceremonies. IA executed the design phase in three months, and construction was completed in nine months.

The project was honored with awards from AIA Seattle and IIDA Northern California.
