Concept

A great intervention is starting from a defined gated community! Complete the urban space by a building that, despite its small size compared to the city as a whole, have an impact on the macro area from Durban (South Africa).

The building is constructed using a modular metal structure. It is located on the train tracks and connects to the existing city by walkways.
The building has the option to expand over time, and is thought to be traveled by bike. So the merchants of Warwick overnight can save their merchandise inside the warehouse building.

It also contains production and office space, related to Samsung social network, as well as spaces for workshops and temporary housing for merchants and their families.
