STRICT HOUSE project is a story about restraint and stringent lines.
The architectural exposure of the house is aimed at two facades, which face a cozy courtyard and the road. This solution allows the creation of spatial unity and is caused by the elongated shape of the plot.
On the first floor, there are overt spaces: a kitchen-dining room with access to the terrace, a guest bedroom, an office, a dressing room, a bathroom, and all utility rooms.
The second floor is more private, with children's rooms, a laundry room, bathrooms, a dressing room, a master bedroom, and an office. The master bedroom and the office have balconies overlooking the backyard.
