Situated on one of Innsbruck’s most coveted properties, Imang’s first own building project aimed at reinterpreting traditional characteristics of historic mansions and creating a feeling of pure nostalgia reminiscent of the old days. Spacious apartments, picturesque terraces and blooming gardens as well as high quality equipment add beautifully to the prestige of its location and make a serious design statement while translating old values into state-of-the-art architecture and living.
Design
Imgang plus ZT GmbH architects set up a building project covering a 1,140 m2 large property in the middle of Innsbruck’s affluent district of Hötting. The foundations of the old building were replaced by a 5-apartment-building (92m2 – 170m2 each) consisting of basement, ground floor, and first floor whereby the basement serves as a storeroom.
The mansion is accessible on the east side via Kaspar-Weyer-Straße and offers nine parking spaces in an underground garage, which are connected with a semi-closed access ramp. Two further parking spaces were designed as car ports.
