the project is a low density development comprising 7 towers of 10 -12 storey in stepping forms and 67 houses. The towers accommodate up to 354 units, ranging from 390 square feet to 1,350 square feet. Houses are categorized into 5 types, ranging from 2,125 square feet to 3,685 square feet.

The design keeps a simple form but it is sophisticated in details. One of the challenges is about how the architecture can embrace well with the landscape and taking the site advantage of full frontage of waterfront view on the north and southwest side, creating a relaxing and modern sub-urban living environment for the residents.
