Soul Park is a vision of modern urban living that seamlessly integrates nature and comfort. Located in the picturesque northern part of Lviv, just 4.5 km from Rynok Square, the complex offers proximity to the 5.3-hectare Zamarskynyvskiy Forest Park, ensuring a natural escape within city limits. A car-free courtyard concept, an artificial water plateau, and a green promenade foster a serene and safe atmosphere for rest, work, and leisure.
The complex’s architecture features mid-rise buildings up to six stories, harmonizing with Lviv’s historic skyline. Its volumetric-spatial composition blends dynamic forms with thoughtful landscaping, including terraced areas, winding paths, and water features that echo a young forest environment. A key goal was to create a human-centered, contextual architecture rooted in the topography and ecological balance.
Soul Park consists of 21 residential buildings with 680 apartments of various layouts. Ground-floor units offer private patios, while upper levels feature terraces with park views. The development follows a combination of checkerboard and S-shaped planning, forming cozy courtyards and a dynamic urban fabric. A central pedestrian plaza connects recreational zones and children’s play areas across three sectors.
The façades contrast rhythmic window patterns with structured gridded designs, reflecting the distinct identities of each sector. Commercial spaces are flexibly designed for diverse uses, with connections to engineering networks and access to temporary and underground parking. Usable rooftops enhance functionality and greenery, accommodating terraces, gardens, and relaxation zones.
Interior common spaces are crafted in a minimalist style with natural materials and a neutral palette, combining functionality and aesthetic appeal. Every detail—from ergonomic layouts to landscape elements—contributes to a sense of harmony, well-being, and timeless comfort.
