Symmetry and parallelism are expressed in two identical blocks slightly separated from one another other, two rectangular three-storey volumes with six units per floor. 36 units with identical distributions: living rooms and bedrooms have views towards the outside of the plot, while the kitchens and bathrooms are oriented towards the space between the two buildings, laid out as a landscaped street for private access. There is a feeling of exclusivity, of a small community, almost family-like: in this central space, three vertical circulation cores are outfitted with a staircase and an elevator to access four units per floor, separated into two per block. Functionality in the distribution, ease of circulation, familiarity in the community living.
Blank façades facing the street: white, glass and concrete. Sombre white and grey on the main façades as well, which run lengthwise along the sloping plot. The slope of the land means that each block is staggered in three parts, with two units on each level, corresponding with the vertical circulation cores. The buildings reveal this staggering, however: the exterior image is maintained as a continuous volume by inclining the roof in the direction of the slope of the land.
