The four-star superior hotel has a privileged location on the seafront of Sant Adrià de Besòs. It is a unique architectural development that offers sea views from its 504 rooms.
The location of the new Forum Hotel has a high level of connectivity due to its proximity to the Ronda Litoral, at the arrival of the Avinguda Diagonal to the sea and views over the Fòrum de Barcelona marina. It offers pedestrian access to the beach and the promenade.
The main architectural objective is to obtain the best possible experience for clients by providing uninterrupted sea views from all rooms, maximising privacy and maximising the number of hours of sunshine on private terraces and communal areas.
With these objectives in mind, a volume is built close to the ring road to cancel out traffic noise and orient all the rooms towards the sea. The north-south oriented volumes with a central corridor achieve greater efficiency of the programme. On the other hand, two large atriums have been created that, besides being some of the most representative spaces of the hotel, house the vertical communication cores.
