80 spheres form a cylinder, that way, that each sphere touches other spheres only in 4 points.
Inside the cylinder of spheres there is a communication core, with 4 passenger lifts, 4 car lifts and 5 emergency stairs.
All flats have 3 floors and individual, 2-storey tall gardens and swimming pools.
All flats have 2-stand parking plots in front of their entrance doors.
GG structure is very solid, 1m-thick round walls of reinforced concrete support spheres.Reinforced concrete columuns and slabs in the communication core form a very stable GG structure.
