This twenty-floor tower is located within a dividing lot and is distanced from its neighbors in order to have four façades and thus naturally illuminate a larger surface inside. The rounded edges and the variation of the plant per floor create a dynamic and very attractive volume. In the first level, there is a wide lobby with a cafeteria service that takes advantage of the retreated space. A series of complementary services that complete the offer of the complex are located in the rooftop.
