This 89-metre tall high-rise office tower has a largely transparent shell. The site required the creation of two different addresses on either side of the tower. The building’s geometry of a double-oval reflects these two aspects of the site.
The landscaping around the tower links the meadows on the banks of the nearby Rhine river to the green park of the Golzheim district.
The flexible plan permits a wide range of office layouts, including individual, cell and open-plan offices. Up to two leased units can be accommodated on each floor. The transparent façade gives the tower a light and delicate appearance. The façade with low parapets allows unobstructed views over the city and the Rhine.
