The project is about a six-storey high with a pilotis in Toumpa, a densely populated area,in Thessaloniki. There is a 70 sq.m. apartment on each floor and a parking area on the ground floor(pilotis). The design of the building is rough and strict, with simple lines and volumes. The materials that have been used are exposed concrete, glass and oak wood.
