A dozen floors up in the Fort Cambridge Apartments complex, our Simple High apartment has stunning views. A narrow entrance hallway opens onto a large area filled with plenty of natural light. This is where the residents unite: they cook, dine, entertain, study and sit back and relax.
When creating the design, we were inspired by the exhilarating view. It’s one-of-a-kind and faces Manoel Island and Valletta’s fortifications. The striking combination of the warm Maltese limestone and the cool aquamarine sea is a sight to behold. So, the interior of the apartment had to be made as stunning as its setting.
A cosy nook with a pleasant desk greets you upon entering. There’s an additional storage and library spot by the living area, offering a private corner for contemplation and personal relaxation.
With storage being key, a central storage element divides the kitchen from the bedrooms and main bathroom. Enclosed by a sliding glass partition, it also increases privacy on the bedroom side while still allowing light to flow through and illuminate the room.
