Inspired by a concept of a “cave”, this house embodies privacy and protection, while allowing natural light to filter into its interior. This creates a warm, vibrant atmosphere, seamlessly connecting with the surrounding greenery, gardens and panoramic views. The house balances privacy and openness, offering relaxation and a sense of aesthetic living.
Designed as a retreat close to the city, this house caters to the homeowner’s love of golf, social gatherings, and a simple relaxation.
Nestled in a golf course community, the house overlooks two signature holes framed by two grand trees. These views inspired a backyard pavilion, perfect for entertaining guests while watching golf games up close. Fully equipped with bar and wine storage, the pavilion also includes a personal putting green. Guests can relax and socialize in a raised. A spiral staircase leads to an open rooftop terrace, ideal for stargazing or unwinding under the vast night sky after a game.
The House is designed with an L-shaped layout, emphasizing open and airy spaces. Its gray tone symbolizes strength and calm on the outside while inside, it’s filled with life and greenery. Large sliding glass doors dissolve the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces, revealing breathtaking views of the swimming pool, large trees, and the golf course. A private putting green and pavilion are nestled discreetly in a slope of the backyard, blending effortlessly with the house’s seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Consistent materials and colors unify the entire space, enhancing its nature feel.
The upstairs area, natural light streams through cleverly placed openings, creating dynamic shifts in mood throughout the day. The house’s exterior appears solid, yet inside, light transforms the atmosphere.
The master bedroom combines comfort and elegance, offering direct access to the open terrace and golf course views. It features a walk-in closet, separate his-and-her vanities, a steam room with electric curtains for added privacy.
Guest accommodation include rooms for the homeowner’s children and two additional guest rooms, each featuring private balconies and ensuite bathrooms with indoor garden and natural light.
The interiors reflect simplicity and warmth, using natural materials such as walnuts veneer walls, teak doors and floors, tiles and stone veneers walls that extend from the exterior to the interior. Elements like dried branches and stone gardens are thoughtfully incorporated to align with natural lighting, further connecting the home to its surroundings and creating a tranquil atmosphere.
Practicality meets beauty in the design. Hidden storage solutions, such as shoe cabinets, golf bag storage near the entrance, and kitchen pantries, are seamlessly integrated into walls with matching finishes. The storage for golf equipment inside the house is allowing for quick and convenient access or cleaning. These hidden features maintain a clean, uncluttered look while ensuring convenience for everyday use.
