The project for the new corporate offices of Siemens in Polanco was in charge of Serrano Monjaraz Architects. One of the main objectives of the project was to obtain LEED Gold certification for which all the elements considered for the project were selected with the right features for this purpose.
The building has a large central courtyard that serves as an open work space and is also used for some internal circulations. For the distribution of open space areas they are privileged to make maximum use of natural light coming through the walls and the central space. The work areas were streamlined for a place to serve for 1.3 persons, each person has personal saved area. The training areas ground floor can be converted into a general audience because it has a moving wall.
The selected color palette for the interior is neutral, with some red accents to emphasize in a very elegant way brand presence.
