The project represents a strategic transformation of the country’s private healthcare infrastructure through modern, functional, and sustainable architecture. Located at a strategic corner in Lima, the building connects with the city through a public plaza and a monumental entrance that organize urban circulation and reinforce its institutional character.
The proposal is based on a solar exposure analysis, optimizing interior comfort and energy performance. Its contemporary façade, combining exposed concrete, glass, and vertical screens, provides a distinctive identity and long-term durability.
The program includes specialized clinical areas, an ICU, emergency services, a surgical center with seven operating rooms, an 87-bed inpatient unit, and a helipad for the transfer of critical patients and the distribution of radioisotopes, positioning the project as a benchmark in high-complexity medicine.
Operational efficiency, a sustainable vision, and the ability to adapt to future growth make this expansion a solid investment with significant urban and social impact, as well as a benchmark for the future of healthcare architecture.
