Designed by EAG Studio, this residence is defined by light, materiality, and a thoughtful response to both site and lifestyle. Expansive windows wrap the home on all sides, drawing in abundant daylight while intelligent shading strategies temper direct southern exposure and preserve privacy from the street. A solid rift-cut oak envelope introduces warmth and continuity throughout the interiors, while a double-sided fireplace creates subtle separation within an otherwise open, fluid floor plan.
At the heart of the home, a triple-sided kitchen was carefully planned through operational flow analysis, resulting in a layout tailored to the owners’ cooking and living style. Refined contemporary details extend into private spaces, including a terrazzo wet room with limestone walls and custom feature bookshelves that add texture and character. A secluded yard with a tropical sensibility further expands the living experience, reinforcing an atmosphere that feels elevated, welcoming, and effortlessly lived-in.
