Samsara Park is a contemporary boutique residential complex, composed of 15 row houses, each with a private garden and garage. Located on the southern edge of Plovdiv, Bulgaria, the project offers a unique living environment that blends the advantages of urban life with the calm and connection of nature.
With uninterrupted views toward the Rhodope Mountains, Samsara Park enjoys all the benefits of urban infrastructure while being surrounded by greenery, far from the noise and pollution of the city’s main boulevards. The architectural concept emphasizes a strong sense of individuality. Although the homes are situated close together, their facades, window placements, and materials are carefully designed to ensure visual privacy and a sense of personal space for each household.
Every detail, from the minimalist silhouette to the refined materials, contributes to the sense of high-quality living. The homes are crafted with a focus on comfort, soundness, and sustainability. Locally sourced stone, custom wooden latticework, and a combination of metal and glass railings elevate the aesthetic while maintaining a strong architectural rhythm across the facades.
Landscaping plays a key role in the overall vision. Each house features a small flower garden at the entrance, allowing residents to personalize their space creatively. The private yards combine soft grass surfaces with decking, bordered by evergreen hedges to ensure privacy.
Samsara—referring to the cycle of life and generational continuity—inspired the project's name and philosophy. The design seeks to foster a sense of rootedness and connection, both to the environment and within the community. Optimized construction costs make these homes attainable for middle-income families, offering the rare opportunity of a private house with a yard and garage at the price of a city apartment.
