Size: 450m2 built on a 10 dunam/1 ha/2.5 ac lot
Project description:
Planning, licensing and designing of a two story villa with an additional housing unit.
In Accordance with the customer’s request, we have designed a two story 360m2 house with an additional 90m2 housing unit, an individual yard space for each of the units and a mutual outer sitting area.
The villa was planned as 4 individual pods. These pods were carefully put together in a manner that maximizes space gain and privacy for each part of the family.
Each pod faces West to better take advantage of natural wind flow, and has been placed on the margin of the lot, creating a large inner courtyard for the entire family.
The house front appearance was designed to integrate with the countryside atmosphere and general design of the neighboring houses around the lot.
In addition to the pods, we designed a stable, food storage and a tool shed for the family ranch on the rear side of the lot.
