The old industrial site in Budapest has been transformed into a mixed-use complex that meets the community's needs and hosts cultural activities. The design includes a restored industrial shed, now used as a theater hall, and a 10-story building complex with internal courtyards that connect the public open space to the dense surroundings. The complex has been meticulously designed to incorporate dedicated zones for public activities, office spaces, and residential use, ensuring a harmoniously integrated and functionally versatile environment. Additionally, preserved industrial structures have been repurposed into public event spaces, complemented by added service facilities, including a sunken plaza below street level, enhancing the site's public appeal.
