Al-Malqa District, is a commercial project designed on an area of 1812.12 sqm.
It contains rental showrooms for commercial use ( restaurants and cafes…etc) and spaces for office use for companies and offices. The project provides 12 offices with services and 4 showrooms for commercial use with service spaces for the building. The building's exterior design features a U shaped frame that connects the entire glass building structure, in addition to office entrance is defined and highlighted by a glass curve that adds elegance and beauty to the exterior design. In choosing the external materials, travertine stone was used for the external frame and glass was used for the main facade of the building
