(Wareef 40) Al-Nuzha neighborhood, it is one of the qualitative residential projects east of the city of Riyadh, occupying an area of 2361 square meters. The project consists of 38 residential units with areas ranges between (148-89) square meters. Each unit consists of a living room, an open kitchen, and ( 1 or 2 ) bedrooms and a master bedroom, depending on the area of each unit. The exterior design of the project is characterized by its suitability to the climate of the region through the solid design of the building masses from the outside and the addition of hollows in the facade of the building to allow natural lighting into the building and refract the sunlight at high temperatures and also to provide privacy for the windows of the project. In addition, travertine stone was chosen to clad the entire building to give elegance to the solid blocks and to have a natural material that suits our Arab climate
