The villa is the first of five ones designed by Kerimov Architects in the villa community in Jurmala, Latvia.
Each villa will be characterized by an individual architecture in our own style. First villa is boarding the public park and is located on the river front line. The task was to make a compact middle-rise building within a given area easy to perceive, so-scaled to the environment, and not bulky.
The visible architectonics of the villa is expressed in the rhythmic alternation of transparent and impenetrable, dark and light, verticals and horizontals, the ratio of volumes and heights.
