The "L-house“ combines and unites modern living, social interaction, and nature-oriented design. Its design stands out in the shape of a mirrored "L" and offers functional advantages: The building opens towards the "Green Free Center" and creates open spaces and exciting sightlines through recesses and staggered levels. From the foyer to the hallways and stairwells, the building surprises with warm pastel tones that vary on each floor. The façade design, characterized by staggered loggias, balconies, and planter troughs, enhances the varied appearance and provides sunny, shaded, or secluded areas. This partially smart residential building impresses with its sustainable construction: Extensive green roofs and photovoltaic systems actively contribute to environmental protection.
