In the Show Suite, the aim of the developer was to create a sales and marketing suite which reflects the high level of the residential apartments, in homage to those who made Juan-les-Pins what it once was.

The first floor demonstrates the various choices and options available to the clients with marble, stone and backlit onyx floors, fully fitted kitchens by PoggenPohl and Dada. The bathrooms by Boffi, Flaminia and Cesana show fittings and features including Jacuzzis and walk in showers, and walls are decorated with the Fondo design stone texture by Lithos Design. A beautiful acquarium is built into a feature wall decorated with our Cubo wall design.

The most sophisticated technology adds to the magic world in which you find yourself, as the whole life of the apartment is managed by touch screen control panels, full intelligent audio visual systems controlling the lights, surveillance systems, DVD players etc. Also in the living area some walls are dramatically decorated with our Tratto stone cladding. All the textures featured in the project belong to the 'Le Pietre Incise' collection.
